An engraving of Saint George slaying the Dragon, created by Sir Joseph Edgar Boehm, R.A., as a study for a statue he completed several years later. The finished statue was installed in 1889 and has since graced the front entrance of the State Library of Victoria in Melbourne, Australia. Saint George the Great is venerated as a Christian martyr and a patron saint of soldiers around the world. (The shown frames are for presentation purposes only, and are not included with the print.)
