Bird’s-eye view of the Gettysburg Battlefield, commissioned by the Pennsylvania Railroad for the 50th Anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg in 1863. The map is very detailed and beautifully colored. It places the observer looking at the battlefield from the south, if they were just above Big Round Top. The map was included in a commemorative booklet published by the railroad company for visitors of Gettysburg for the 50th anniversary.
